| With the development of military mechanization and informationization, the requirements to vehicular communication systems mounted in shelters, wheeled armored vehicles and armored tracklayers are more and more pressing, and the requirements to the integration of the services provided by vehicular communication system are also more and more urgent. Vehicular communication system is the assurance of vehicle command, troop’s high speed progression and weapon’s precise attack. In the current private communication network, there is still a gap between the performance of the vehicular communication equipments and the practical requirements, in which circuit switching technology is usually used that cannot support the integration switch of voice and data. The development trends of the vehicular communication are: user terminal’s multi-function, standardization, modularization and miniaturization, data communication capability’s enhancement and best use of commercial technologies. In this paper, taking the service requirements of integrated accession of voice and data, shared listening, conference, multi mode voice codec to the vehicular communication system as the starting point, to meet the service interworking requirements between the internal vehicular communication and the outside, the architecture of the Ethernet based vehicular communication system is put forward, which combined the switching capability, communication capability and user accession capability.In this thesis, the specific application mode and service requirements of the vehicular communication system are analyzed. Several main technical systems which will be used in the system are also analyzed to support the general design of the equipment. The technical system coved by the equipment development is analyzed, and the system under practical applications is designed, which includes Ethernet based switching technology, power supply technology, the Ethernet transmission technology of both voice and data traffic, multi mode voice codec, vehicular communication conference and shared listening technology. On this basis, the design schemes of both the hardware and software are given. Meanwhile the circuit board design, electromagnetic compatibility design, the problems of delay, jitter and packet loss compensation during the transmission on Ethernet are analyzed, and their solutions are given. I took in charge of the completion of the hardware in the system. With the help of other fellows, the vehicular communication system meeting the requirements is successfully developed. Both the correctness of the theory analyses and design scheme in this paper are verified.The vehicular communication system studied in this paper solved the urgent problems of vehicular multi-services accession and interworking, which realized the accession of internal vehicular voice, IP data, non-IP data, VHF radio net voice and data and plays an important role in the private communication network. The system has passed the final model test and prepared to be finalized designed. It meets the urgent needs of the practical project and has broadly application foreground. The productions achieved in this study can also be referenced to the development of other similar products. |
