Research On The Problems Of The Application Of Financial Shared Services In YQ Company

With the rapid expansion of business scale of enterprises,large-scale enterprise groups realize cross-regional and diversified development.Their business has involved multiple industries,and branch companies and subsidiaries have also spread all over the world.How group companies strengthen financial control ability and core competitiveness of branch companies and subsidiaries has become a problem to be solved urgently.In this context,a new financial management model—Financial Shared Services arise at the historic moment.Essentially,with the help of net work information technology,Financial Shared services can realize the standardization of financial process by effectively integrating personnel,technology and process.The application of Financial Shared services can help companies to effectively reduce the cost of operation,raise business handling efficiency,enhance financial control ability and realize financial intensive management,thus further promote enterprise development and strategic expansion.However,it is inevitable that there are many problems and obstructions existing in the practical application of Financial Shared services in enterprise groups,which requires enterprises to keep improving themselves based on their characteristics.In this thesis,normative research,literature research and case analysis methods are adopted.First of all,the research background,research purpose and significance are fully explained.Secondly,on the basis of studying domestic and foreign researches on Financial Shared Services,the concepts of Financial Shared Services and Financial Shared Service Center are defined.Besides,the characteristics and application scope of Financial Shared Services are also elaborated,and the Theory of Economies of Scale,Business Process Reengineering Theory and the Theory of Flattening of Organization Structure are adopted as theoretical bases.Thirdly,the author deeply discusses the operation situation of Financial Shared Services established by YQ Company and analyzes problems in the application of Financial Shared Services in YQ Company and their causes.In the last part,corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.It is expected that through the research on the application of Financial Shared Services in YQ Company,YQ Company can keep optimizing the business process of Financial Shared Services and further improve its Financial Shared Services.At the same time,it is also expected to provide some experiences and reference for other enterprise groups that are committed to building Financial Shared Services.
