In the traditional growing shortage of coal and oil resources, environmental protection requirements of today as increasing the use of renewable and clean energy generation, which account for an increasing proportion of wind power. This as become an important form of clean energy generation. With the continuous expansion of wind turbine capacity, its health impact of stability and reliability of the power grid is also growing, not only for the frequency voltage and waveform generation power system disturbances, b ut also directly affects the power system scheduling. Therefore, to obtain accurate parameters of wind turbine power dispatch this department can help co-ordinate arrangements for scheduling plans, the impact of large-scale wind power research and access to real-time power system load flow calculation, etc. is of great significance.For the actual operation of the direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine parameters are difficult to measure directly, the question paper of a wind farm in Gansu 2MW direct drive permanent magnet for the wind turbine study, were used with forgetting factor recursive least squares method and model reference adaptive method to identify direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine parameters and then according to the generator as a parameter to assess the accuracy of the parameter identificatio n algorithm to identify the high basis for the use of a mathematical model based on parameter identification an assessment studies was carried out.First proposed parameter identification based on wind turbines with the forgetting factor recursive least squares method of direct drive permanent magnet. the forgetting factor recursive least squares method overcomes the shortcomings of the recursive least squares method with the new observational data collected due to the accumulation of data caused by saturation parameter values to be identified and would not achieve the effect of the update, so that the accuracy of the parameters to be identified greatly increased. Because with forgetting factor recursive least squares method is used in the steady-state mathematical model does not consider direct drive permanent magnet wind generator transient characteristics, therefore, proposed based on model reference adaptive method of direct drive permanent magne t wind turbine parameter identification. Constructed with stator current state variables and observation model error model, Lyapunov stability through adaptive law design parameters, build a simulation model parameter identification results obtained in MATLAB, compared with forgetting factor recursive least squares method higher accuracy of the model reference adaptive parameter values obtained identification method.Finally, to help run the power system dispatch department estimated state generator, grid computing and the trend of large-scale study of the impact of wind power on the grid access, direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine parameters to assess identification was necessary. Establish direct drive permanent magnet wind turbine power prediction model, by establishing credibility indicators, power curve and calculate the power curve simulation more realistic measure, and ultimately achieve the purpose of the generator parameters evaluated.
