The conventional helicopter has the relatively lower flying speed, smaller range that places restrictions on its development and application. Improving the current helicopter flight speed and increasing the maximum range has become a hot point in research of helicopter. Application and development of helicopter with high speed and long-endurance, it can effectively improve power and combat capability in the military field and the efficiency and timeliness in civilian areas. In this thesis, considering the development and demand, the relevant analysis and research is launched from three aspects of the overall technical scheme, the main rotor system structure and the main rotor manipulation mechanism on high-speed helicopter and concluded as follows:In accordance with the design targets and demand and referencing the mainstream configuration, the overall technical scheme of high-speed helicopter which has coaxial twin rotor structure and coaxial propeller as auxiliary propulsion device is determined. In the light of the design targets and the technical requirements, the flight environment is analyzed; the preliminary outline is established; the overall layout is carried on; the manipulation-face is elaborated; engine specifications and the main parameters and so forth are determined. Its power demand is analyzed in the different flight conditions, which verified the identified engine is reasonable and the identified parameters meet the requirements of the design index of the coaxial high-speed helicopter.Considering the general technical scheme, the preliminary design and analysis of the main rotor system are carried on. Basing on the blade element theory, the infinitesimal blade lift, drag and torque are established, which are integrated by using integral method. The load of the main rotor system is studied by numerical analysis and the distribution of blade loads on the rotor disk in the different flight conditions is obtained, which is helpful to the design and analysis of the main rotor parts. Considering the configuration characteristics and the main parameters, the structure design of rotor blades and hub is carried on and the strength is analyzed.In the light of general technology scheme and the load analysis of rotor system, the modeling and analysis of kinematics and statics of the coaxial high-speed helicopter main rotor manipulation mechanism are carried on. The kinematics model of helicopter main rotor mechanism is established in any flight condition, which can provide theoretical basis for the manipulation mechanism modeling and the control modeling. The static model of helicopter main rotor mechanism is established in different flight conditions and its static relation in different flight conditions is analyzed, Combined with the relationship of the main rotor manipulation mechanism static and dynamics, its structure can be optimized,which has the important significance.On the strength of a coaxial helicopter of the laboratory of the Tsinghua University, the measurement experiment platform of rotor system and manipulation mechanism load is set up. The load measurement experiment system mainly includes the rotor aerodynamic load, the measurement of manipulation mechanism load and main rotor speed, the hardware circuit of experiment system and the host computer are introduced, plains the next experiment content is planned. The measured load data can be used for optimization design of the rotor system and operating mechanism and has important practical significance.
