Supported by the National High Technology Research and Development Program( "863" Program) of China(2013AA063903), the article have been working on a aircraft which can be used in geological exploration. The helicopter, one of the Vertical landing model, is a good fit. But the range of the helicopter and its maximum speed should be increased. Thus, the article is to develop a Coaxial High-Speed Helicopter which can be used in our project and other field like Military and exploration. The article combined design, model analysis, co-simulation with optimization. Firstly, this article established the power systems of the Coaxial High-Speed helicopter, introduced the critical parts and the flight pattern. As a important part, have proposed a independent coaxial operating mechanism, which is the focus of research.Secondly, Spatial Freedom and kinematics model of the rotors manipulation has been established. By using coordinate transformation, movement mechanism and the concept of space geometry, the kinematics model of upper and nether rotors manipulation has been established, then proposed the whole kinematics relationship between electric steering engine input and blade pitch.Thirdly, In order to verify the feasibility of the kinematic model. The article established the virtual prototype model to simulate the actual using condition and analysis the calculation error based on the co-simulation technology. It turned out that formula brawn is proper and to reveal the real relationship between each of the steering gear with propeller pitch. Provides a useful guideline to the effective control of operating mechanismFinally, introduce the concept of interference factors, quantitatively expressed overlap flow field. Then analyzed the relationship between some relevant parameters with the effects of space flight by used CFD software. Provided a useful guideline to the design of Rotorcraft Systems.
