Research On The Levees Of Shenyang(1920~1929)

The Construction of levees is one of important public safety facilities, and its security for an area of great significance. Shenyang is one of the most important regions in the northeast range of political and economic center of the region whose security is highly valued, and flooding along the Shenyang area for security serious threat. After the Republic of China, especially since the 1920 s, with the growing urbanization of the Shenyang area, the flooding problems have become increasingly prominent, the construction of flood control facilities is extremely urgent.
