Study On Energy-saving Heating Network Control Technology On Motors System

As the urban constructions grow rapidly, the corresponding request for heating is getting higher and higher. Currently, the automation for heating machine in our country is lower. A lot of the machines are hand operated and the operating accuracy is low. It can not make rapid and accurate respond to water temperature and hydraulic network pressure of heating network. That increases the amount of electricity and coal used and the expense cost is increased. This paper makes the research to heating network machine system according to the demand of cost reduction project of boiler room heating network in Daqing Huoju.This paper reconstructed the boiler room machine system for the problem of high consume and low automation. First, the paper did the analysis on mathematical model for boiler room machine in Huoju based on a lot of references and studied the asynchronous machine vector control. These work laid an important foundation for further research. Second, for the low automatic regulation ability for boiler room machine in Huoju, the paper designed the cascaded multilevel frequency converter of asynchronous machine on the condition of high frequency machine. Then it did the MATLAB simulation of frequency converter. The frequency converter had well load characteristic through the simulation result and it quite suit the speed control of high frequency machine. At last, the paper designed a control system for boiler room in Huoju. The boiler room machine system is complicated, changeably and nonlinear. The old PID controller can not supply the current control requirement. So the paper adapted the Fuzzy PID controller. In this system, IPC is the upper machine and the PLC is the lower machine. The corresponding software is realized. It held out the real automatic of boiler room machine energy conservation in Huoju.The machine energy conservation system made it possible to realize the visual control of boiler room heating network in Huoju. It improved the level of automation of control system greatly, reduced the machine energy consumption and saved coal. It improved the economic benefit of enterprises greatly.
