The Study And Research Of Design And Application Of C50 Self Leveling Concrete

In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry,high-rise, super high-rise buildings, long-span structures, underground and marine engineering project, the production technology of concrete also put forward higher requirements. Among them, the research and application of the self compacting and vibration free concrete has caused wide attention of the engineering field.. So it is very important to study the application of self compacting concrete..In this paper, first of all, the use of orthogonal design method to investigate the water binder ratio, sand ratio and fly ash content influence of C50 self compacting concrete slump and strength; and then further explore the fly ash content of self compacting concrete mechanical properties, durability and micro structure. At last, combined with engineering summarizes the self compacting concrete in bridge construction application and quality control method.Through orthogonal test, it is concluded that the C50 self compacting concrete of the optimum mix ratio of water binder ratio is 0.33, sand rate was 47%,25% fly ash, reducing agent adding 1.0%, can meet the requirement of self compacting concrete strength and work. Content of fly ash on the effect of self compacting concrete mechanics performance and durability can have certain, with the increase of the amount of fly ash, improve self compacting concrete strength,anti chloride ion permeability enhancement, improve the frost resistance, anti carbonation performance enhancement, on the shrinkage performance influence is not obvious. Microscopic analysis of the SEM and XRD results show that the concrete mixed with fly ash, due to the role of secondary water, can produce a large consumption of calcium hydroxide to generate a lot of calcium silicate gel,the hardened concrete structure more compact. Self compacting concrete application practice showed that should strict control the quality of raw materials,pay attention to the concrete pouring method, and to strengthen the maintenance,make sure that the self compacting concrete engineering quality in construction.
