Self-Compacting Concrete has excellent workability. It is difficult to irrigate in structurereinforcement dense place vibrating conditions of use can still ensure the forming quality.Therefore, self-compacting concrete is an important research direction of the concretematerial. Adding fiber into SCC can obviously improve the tensile strength and early crackresistance of self-compacting concrete to enhance the toughening effect. This paper expoundsthe strengthening mechanism of fiber reinforced concrete and discuss the properties, researchstatus and application of polyacrylonitrile fiber self compacting concrete.Based on the orthogonal design and theoretical analysis as the research means,combining region of Jinzhou in Liaoning Province special natural environment and materialcharacteristics, firstly using the improve calculating method for C30self-compacting concretemix proportion calculation. In the orthogonal experiment, picks ureteral stone, sand amountcoefficient, water reducing agent dosage, the volume content of fly ash as4elements mixed intest. According to the test results, by range analysis and variance analysis, it can clearly makesure the various factors influence on the cube compressive strength of new mix concrete, thenpick out the optimal mixture ratio which can meet the design requirements. In guarantee theproportioning constant case don`t change, separate or mixxed blending in the mass content of0.5kg/m3,1.0kg/m3,1.5kg/m3and2.0kg/m3, the6,12,19mm length of polyacrylonitrilefiber, making polyacrylonitrile fiber self-compacting concrete and doing the test research ofits workability, basic mechanical properties and durability. Finally looking forward theapplication and development prospect of polyacrylonitrile fiber self-compacting concrete.The performance of PANSCC is overall better than the SCC without fiber. This papercalled the reference concrete. The results of workability shows that the workability ofPANSCC decrease, but it still can satisfy the use requirement. Description of polyacrylonitrilefiber reinforced self-compacting concrete still retains the advantages of high work. Thedosage of PAN fiber has great influence to the related properties.On the related mechanicalproperties, the strength improves with the increase of fiber volume which maximum is involume for1.5kg/m3.On the freezing resistance and the early cracking resistance, the bestdosage is1.0kg/m3and1.5kg/m3. If the fiber volume is certain, there is an optimum fiberlength and the method of incorporation with which the compressive and mechanical propertyand durability of concrete can be improve maximally. Only PAN fiber doped with appropriatedosage and length can get the best mechanical properties and durability of SCC.
