Nowadays, the chloride ion erosion structural become the new research topic of concrete construction. The chloride ion erosion concrete leads to concrete of shortly life and the block of concrete falling. The concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit chloride ions erosion the concrete. In this paper, the concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor as the research object, research on chloride ion penetration of early age concrete, the main research contents as follows:1. Research the law of chloride diffusion in concrete Three kinds of corrosion inhibitor content, three concentrations of chloride ion in environment and immersion time by diffusion experiments; The results showed: the early hydration promotes the chloride diffusion in concrete, As the diffusion time increase, the concentration of chloride ion form a "stacking depth" phenomenon. A certain amount of corrosion inhibitor can mitigate the effects of chloride ion diffusion. However, too high concentration of corrosion inhibitor will accelerate the speed of the surface chloride ion diffusion.2. Research the permeability of early age concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor in chloride ion penetration through chloride ions migration experiments; The results showed: concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor can enhance the early impermeability,corrosion inhibitor to make the migration capacity of chloride ion reached 86.1%decline.3. Fitting the diffusion coefficients of early age concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor at different times by 1stopt software;4. Analysis the changes of the microstructure of early age concrete mixed corrosion inhibitor through SEM test; The results showed: the microstructure of concrete generated a lot of needles ettringite with increasing concentration of chloride ion, Concrete cementitious material loosely connected, corrosion inhibitor can reduce the degree of loose in material, prompted the number of needles ettringite to reduce and the size of needles ettringite increases.Key words: corrosion inhibitors;chloride ion; concrete; durability...
