With the rapid development of China’s auto electronics property, the traffic accidents are also high.It causes a great threat to the safety and property of the people. And some traffic accidents are caused by the light problem. The automobile headlamp that it provides the illumination for people in the night or the light of the circumstances.But the headlight in the traditional complex road or turning environment it can’t provid the satisfy demand of people, it is a huge danger problem to traffic,it has been able to make the night driving more comfortable and safe, what is the direction with our efforts. So it has great realistic significance about developing the adaptive front lighting system. At present, automobile headlamp adaptive control system has been widely used in foreign countries.The current domestic technology isn’t enough. It need to refer to foreign advanced technology.First of all,this paper for automobile headlamps adaptive system of the present situation. According to the relevant laws and functional requirements, we choose the sensor and put forward the overall design. In this paper, the design of the automobile headlamp adaptive control system is composed of angle sensor, speed sensor, the height sensor.The photosensitive sensor as data acquisition components.The development trend are analyzed,it takes the SCM as the control unit, drive through the LIN bus to realize the stepper motor, so as to control the automobile headlight rotation. Then on the basis of related parameters, respectively, set up horizontal and vertical direction of headlamps deflection mathematical model, and under the environment of LabVIEW simulation light deflection and motor parameter quantitative relationship. Finally using fuzzy control theory to study the automobile headlamps horizontal and vertical direction deflection of control strategy.And do the comparion with the traditional computer control system.The results show that the fuzzy control system is more effective in reality. For further research of headlamps adaptive control system laid a foundation.
