Investigation And Analysis On Urban Open Space Landscape Features For Kangbashi Of Ordos In Inner Mongolia

Urban open space can be divided into wide and narrow. Wide meaning contains much thing. Sky, water, green, mountain and other spaces all belong to it. Narrow meaning contain people’s daily entertainment and fitness site. It include parks, streets, squares and space which is enclosed by buildings and roads. They have good environment and facilities. The public can be involved in plenty of leisure activities. This kind of space can beautify the environment and show regional culture. In this paper, I focus on urban open space of Kangbashi. According to use field surveys, analyzing case, collection data and drawing picture via narrow level and then analyze representative parks, squares, road in Kangbashi. Seeking to summarize the landscape features Kangbashi urban open space. Parks survey includes garden ornaments, floor coverings, green plants, human environment. Plaza survey includes landscape sketch, green plants, human environment. Road survey includes road construction along the street, paving, lighting, landscaping and so on. Combined with different cases, the focus is different.The main conclusions about urban open space landscape features of Kangbashi are as follows:(1) The base location is excellentExcellent location make Kangbashi parks, squares, roads become a showcase of regional culture window.(2) Space division and surrounded suitabilityKangbashi open space surrounded by a different division and form a different kind of feeling of space. Combined with plants, terrain, garden ornaments, it result in a diverse and unique feeling of space.(3) Regional context and the place spirit continues well through landscape sketchesConstruction of open space in the city has become the theme of local Mongolian culture landscape sketch construction. In addition, the physical shape of the bronze sculpture pieces can be intuitive feelings deepened bronze culture experience for visitors. Geographical context of rational extraction and use of the overall image of the city’s more prominent features, but also created a different spirit of place.(4) Plant landscape has regionalNative trees create a reasonable application on the landscape. With the successful introduction of the cultivation of plants, it can show the different landscape effects. Hedges are trimmed regularly for Mongolian patterns. Unique cultural characteristics is showed by Mongolian green carpet.Through investigation and analysis, the presence of urban open space landscape construction in Kangbashi have some problems as follows:(1) The construction of part space landscape sketches is poor. (2) The public infrastructure is lack of artistry. (3) Plant conservation is not appropriate. Based on the above situation, the optimization proposal as follows:(1) Strengthen the regional cultural heritage and landscape of expression.(2)To strengthen the artistic public facilities.(3) To improve the landscaping management level and to strengthen conservation and management of green plants.
