Now, air pollution has been a serious threat to human survival and development. In order to relieve this problem, people issued a "green commuting" initiative. And as one of the green transports, the public bicycle with its simple, convenient and superiority solves the "the last mile problem" for people in city transportation. But with the increase of the size and the frequency of use has been bringing a serious of problem for management. Therefore, this thesis focus on the rental station’s bike flow model, topology, simulation and the mechanism of dynamic balance, which provide theory and application support for the optimization of the layout of rental station in public bicycle system.Firstly, on the analysis of spatial-temporal operating data from public bicycle system and taking Lucheng District of Wenzhou city in Zhejiang as an example, in full consideration of external factors, this thesis builds the rental station’s curves of bike flow under different influence factors by mining analysis for the operating data from the system and gives bike flow model of different types of rental stations.Then, through the analysis of the associated relationships among rental stations in the public bicycle system, this thesis obtains the topology which is consisted of rental stations and correlation degree between rental stations, and establishes the simulation model of dynamic distribution network. Based on the bike flow model of rental station and associated degree between rental stations, this thesis makes all kinds of simulation analysis for different network of rental stations by using the Matlab tools.Finally, according to the simulation model and analysis results, this thesis builds the corresponding theory of dynamic equilibrium of rental station. Based on the equilibrium theory the different types of equilibrium states and layout patterns of rental station are built, and the corresponding re-optimized strategy of the layout and design scheme for rental station are presented.
