Recenthy, with the leaping development of Railway, traffic safety problem is concerned increasingly, and gradually becomes social hotspot.“10.29”, “7.23” accidents brought people serious life and property loss and made people aware that safety issues has restricted the railroad and rapid economic development. The accident happened by chance, but there is also a necessity. Through investigation and study experts concluded that: First, the existing track circuit monitoring system relies on electromagnetic theory which is easy to be disturbed by lightning and other physical quantities.Track circuit work alone and has no redundant security measures being lack of parallel supervision and guarantee mechanism. Second, data acquisition of existing railway signal equipment are centralized collection and use CAN bus transmission. Speed is relatively slow and can not capture the original fault waveform, and it can not meet the data monitoring analytical and manage equipment troubles.Based on the detailed analysis of the existing railway signal equipment monitoring system, relying on Shuohuang railway development of optical fiber sensing railway signal monitoring system, a railway signal system monitoring platform based on the Lab VIEW graphical programming language was designed. The main contents of this paper include researching program architecture, interface design, peak detection algorithm, TCP/IP data communications and database analysis. The system basically realized the function of railway signal online monitoring and management, such as real-time collection of various types of signals and communication, data analysis, chart display, sound and light alarm, data storage, data query and analysis, report printing, and user management and so on.The test results show that, this paper prepared by the railway signal equipment monitoring and management system is based on Lab VIEW. The data can be transmitted correctly and stably. The operation is convenient and effect is ideal.
