Study On Duration Delay Causes And Control Of Subway Project

In the recent ten years, the development of subway was rapid. At present, Chinese city rate has reached 50%, and China has entered the urban society. The future of 20 to 30 years will experience rapid development period. Metro construction will be going to rapid development period. At the same time, how to deal with the requirement of owners, and not to delay the days for construction have been colleagues problems.This paper mainly studies the reasons of subway engineering Delays. This paper, using DEMATEL method, tries to comprehensively analyze the important factors that affect the construction period, analysis the comprehensive influence relationship between various factors and the influence degree of the time limit for a project and its importance, find out the key factors that affect the construction period, provide a basis for decision making and in reasonable compression metro construction period. The full text is divided into six parts. The first chapter is introduction, in this part, the research background and the present situation of construction period delay reasons, the study of existing literature, and the research methods are given; The second chapter summarizes the characteristics of metro engineering; The third chapter the analysis of cause mechanism of the influence time limit for a project in the subway engineering; The fourth chapter analysis the influence factors of the recognition and delays cause mechanism, integrated design key influencing factors system of the subway construction period delay. And the key factors are found out by the method of DEMATEL. The fifth chapter studies delays warning, and build early warning model. Chapter six is conclusion and prospect. The research results of this paper is summarized, and the shortage of the research and future work is prospected.
