Safe construction as the top priority for the construction industry has always been highly valued.Due to the increasing demand for building functions,a large number of projects with large-scale construction and complex construction processes have emerged.Traditional safety management methods and techniques have made it difficult to control risks within the scope of safe construction.The application of information technology in security management will be a path to overcome this problem.In the course of construction,information technology is used to monitor people's unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions.Relying on the application advantages of BIM in the construction industry informatization,monitoring data can be integrated into the BIM platform,a risk early warning mechanism based on BIM is created,and the application of this mechanism is analyzed and demonstrated.This paper analyzes the necessity of monitoring the hazardous area and project quality to reduce the accident rate,and then elaborates the current research status of preevent monitoring for risk at home and abroad,and discusses the application of BIM technology and monitoring technology in safety management.On this basis,this paper systematically identifies and analyzes the types and causes of possible accidents in the construction process,and analyzes the environmental adaptability of monitoring technology when monitoring risks.Based on the monitoring principle,four types of risk corresponding to monitoring technology are obtained.Furthermore,a quantitative setting rule for risk types based on construction standards was established.For the quantitative hazard source,that is,the safety threshold,the coding structure of the storage structure is designed to provide a fast and accurate retrieval method for the comparative analysis of the monitoring data in the hazard source database.This paper builds a risk early warning mechanism based on the application environment characteristics of BIM and monitoring technology.Then,based on the building information model module,on-site monitoring information module and the risk source database module,the BIM-based risk warning model framework was constructed,and the construction safety accident and the warning process flow of the project quality accident were elaborated.Then it analyzes the definition process of the IFC standard,the building information transmission standard.Finally,taking the risk of edge fall and mechanical collision in the construction safety accident as an example,the actual application effect of the early warning system in single hazard source and multi-target hazard source was verified.This article innovatively integrates the monitoring technology into BIM,and through the setting of the safety threshold of hazards,the automatic monitoring of risk early warning is well achieved.This early warning mechanism has a good practical application value for risk monitoring in actual industrial production.The setting of a safety threshold provides data support for automated risk monitoring.This article monitors the project quality and regards the IFC standard as a “bridge”,which realizes the transfer of building information between heterogeneous systems.Through the laser scanning technology,the component quality detection based on BIM is realized.In the field of security,this method has implications for the integration of other monitoring technologies on BIM.
