In electric voltage fluctuation caused voltage instability, remote areas long-term voltage insufficiency, some high precision instrument equipment need high stable power supply, and currently exchange manostat big volume, or circuit control complex shortcomings, the intelligent ac voltage stabilizer with low consumption is designed.System hardware and software are modular design, system hardware design using the way of compensation regulator, the compensation transformer, biconditioning system, data acquisition and processing system, the protection circuit, man-machine interface circuits and the like. The system uses the cascade regulator and the calculation method Chopping circuit output filter parameters. According precision power supply, gives a high-precision voltage, current zero and polarity detection circuit. Control circuits are used in switching power supply. Core of the system with 8-channel 10 using AD input and PWM output STC12C5A32 AD microcontroller, the system structure and control is simple; voltage closed-loop feedback DC voltage sampling techniques, frequency voltage after full-wave rectifier, half sine wave into a DC voltage, after dividing resistor voltage divider, directly enter the SCM AD sampling port strike RMS voltage, the sampling frequency of 12.8 kHz, the sampling and control of high precision; 4kHzPWM chopping frequency filter capacitor and inductor capacity is small, and the small harmonic content.System software development based on Keil uVISION4 integrated development environment for the development platform, using C51 language. Entire program are: the main program, subroutine, subroutines key focus, data acquisition and data processing routines, control algorithm subroutine, the subroutine output control, fault alarm subroutines. Main program initialization is complete, the program calls for each module. Experimental results show that the prototype, the device voltage output high accuracy, the size and weight than the average product decreases, has great practical value.
