The Economic Analysis And Mechanism Research Of Value Compensation On Closed-loop Supply Chain Based On Remanufacturing

Because of the independence of enterprises in closed-loop supply chain based on remanufacturing relatively, the transmission of variety information among the member companies becomes distorted, that brings a lot of problems, such as bullwhip effect. So the member companies should take collaboration way and share their private information to reduce the risks which brought by the information incomplete. Through these ways, the competitiveness of supply chain will be enhanced. In order to study the value of information, the economic models of information sharing and the compensation theory are established. The main research results are as following.(1) The economic models of information sharing for closed loop supply chain based on remanufacturing are built. Firstly, the economic problems of closed loop supply chain are analyzed. Then the economic models, which goals are to maximize profits of manufacturers and retailers, are built based on three structures of remanufacturing relying on different recovery strategies. And the profits of manufacturers and retailers between no information sharing and information sharing are compared after the models solved by the backward induction. Lastly, the value of information sharing is acquired.(2) With utility theory, the model of redistribution of benefits based on utility theory is established. The range of recovery parameters which must satisfy the incentive model is obtained after the model solved by the modern optimization methods. That the establishment of redistribution mechanism in closed-loop supply chain can raise awareness of cooperation and strengthen the partnership of member companies, which could make information sharing a reality.(3) The economic models and redistribution mechanism have been realized and verified partially in the background of a large domestic engine remanufacturing company.
