The ceramsite reinforced concrete block wall is a new environmentally friendly materials, has a very wide range of applications. At present, efficiency of production equipment about ceramsite reinforced concrete block production is very low and production process is insufficient in our country,and it can’t meet the needs of construction market. Because the processing and molding of ceramsite reinforced concrete block need pallet to the specified location for maintenance, however it’s not completely frozen inside, which easy to fall off outside, therefore, allet device is particularly important. Combining with the existing stacking machine, designing a kind of stacker crane dedicated to ceramsite reinforced concrete block to improve the efficiency of the ceramsite reinforced concrete block production line and automation degree has important significance.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the ceramsite block itself, designed a kind of clamping type for ceramsite block stacker crane, the main contents are as follows:(1)Through analyzing its own characteristics of ceramsite block which is cut and the requirements of the pallet, decomposed its main function, put forward a variety of theoretical structure scheme; Determined the final structure of the clamping type ceramsite block stacker crane through the comparison and completed the prototype 3D model through the Solidworks software.(2)On the basis of three-dimensional model, through ADAMS software to appliing movement and force analysis to its hole and key components, through repeatedly adjusting moving distance and time allocation to get the diagram of displacement, velocity, acceleration and stress analysis of every major key components, examined the accuracy of the motion law of ceramsite block clamping type stacker crane,and provided a mtheoretical basis to the backof the mechanical analysis and actuator selection such as motor cylinder.(3)Anslyzed the statics analysis to get stress and deformation of some key components through ANSYS software according to the force situation of the key components of ceramsite block Clamp-Palletiser; Combined with the weak link, improved the strucrure and improved its performance.(4)Combined with its statics analysis, by using the Finite Element Analysis and odal theory to appliing dynamic analysis for ceramsite block lamping type tacker crane, eliciting its revious order natural frequency and corresponding vibration mode of he arious components evaluating the performance of stacker crane overall and key components, and carrying on the structure to improve, avoid resonance, improve its performance.(5)Optimized the size and structure of its key components with the orthogonal test method, and made it satisfised the requirement of stacking in the reach materials under a minimum, the effect of the best performance. Make sure the the design of the machine has a further improvement.
