With the development of economy, the progress of the times, continuous development and utilization of resources, people have become increasingly demanding on the environment, how to reasonable and effective application of the existing industrial waste, turning waste into treasure become problems to be solved in the road of sustainable development. At this stage, the largest proportion of industrial waste residue is the fly ash, a large number of fly ash can not be effectively used every year. Due to its unique properties and advantages, used as a cementitious material to produce ceramic foam concrete, with a rational use of resources, improve the environmental and social benefits of the dual benefits.Currently on the market a lot of wall insulation materials, as a new type of building wall insulation materials- ceramic foam concrete, in recent years, the application of a wide range, good feedback. Using cement, fly ash, ceramic and other materials, the method of chemical foaming was prepared, the material to meet the current requirements of building energy efficiency 65%. It has the advantages of light apparent density, good thermal insulation performance, small shrinkage, excellent overall performance, and has broad prospects for development.In this paper a cement and fly ash cementitious materials, ceramsite aggregate, using chemical foaming, and selects the appropriate admixture, through orthogonal test method, study of different admixture ceramsite, fly ash and foaming agent the three variable factors of ceramsite foam concrete strength, table view, density, thermal conductivity, and find out the optimal mix proportion. Through the analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) The three factors on the compressive strength of the foam ceramsite concrete effect of primary and secondary order: fly ash > foaming agent content level > ceramsite content; foam ceramsite concrete view the density effect of primary and secondary order is: foaming agent content level > ceramsite content > fly ash amount; on the thermal conductivity of foam ceramsite concrete of primary and secondary order is: foaming agent content level > ceramsite content > fly ash volume table;(2) Through the test results of the variance analysis, it is found that the powder ash amount and the foaming agent content had a significant effect on compressive strength of foam ceramsite concrete, foaming agent content of view affects the density significantly, and for thermal conductivity, three factors of the had no significant effect. However, it is found that the thermal conductivity coefficient of the ceramic foam concrete is directly proportional to the apparent density;(3) The optimal mix ratio of the ceramic foam concrete is: 50%, the foaming agent content is 3%, and the fly ash content is 15%.The ceramsite foam concrete cast-in-place wall project of technical and economic analysis, the results show that: Foam ceramsite concrete cast-in-place wall project with investment potential, good profitability and ability to resist risks, so technical and economic evaluation of the project is feasible.
