In order to guarantee food quality, saving energy in the process of storage, green grain storage has become an inevitable trend in the development of contemporary food storage. Practice shows that using underground space to food storage, not only can keep the food quality in the process of long-term storage, also can avoid chemical fumigation caused by chemical pollution, at the same time can save energy. So the underground storage can well realize the ultimate goal of green grain storage.Research shows that underground reinforced concrete circular bulk silo is a kind of ideal new underground storage bin. The new warehouse type not only inherited the original characteristics of large underground warehouse storage, high mechanization degree, but also overcome the difficult construction, form a complete set of process complex problems, the storehouse type bearing reasonable and simple structure. But its waterproof problems have not been able to be effectively solved, the waterproofing of underground storehouse by the waterproof concrete and the outer coating waterproof coating. So that it can not be fully effective guarantee construction effect, its durability problems also needs further validation.Based on the previous studies, this paper puts forward the integrating force and waterproof of underground reinforced concrete circular bulk granary, a new method of structure, namely the combination of steel and concrete technology is applied to underground reinforced concrete circular steel reinforced concrete circular underground bulk bulk granary of outsourcing granary.The main research content is as follows:(1) in this paper has studied the mature of steel and concrete composite technology research analysis, its advantages and disadvantages were compared. Consider underground warehouse will face the geological environment and the requirement of waterproof, determined the use on the steel plate welding stud, the steel plate as the lateral template between steel plate and the inside of the template to carry on the concrete pouring, put together is the combination of steel and concrete forms.(2) the outsourcing steel plate method, it was decided that from its structure form, the stud connection is analyzed. Mechanical characteristics of the stud connectors and bearing capacity calculation method are analyzed. Determine the stud anchor length, the thickness of the steel plate selection method. In addition to the corrosion reason of the steel plate has carried on the detailed analysis and put forward the relative methods of rust.(3) using Abaqus finite element software, finite element analysis model is established. On two kinds of silo type(underground reinforced concrete circular bulk granary, outsourcing steel reinforced concrete circular underground bulk granary) short positions and full working condition of two kinds of simulation analysis respectively, the corresponding distribution of the stress, strain, and the results were analyzed.(4) based on Abaqus finite element analysis, the rationality of the new warehouse type structure from the economic indicators(dosage of concrete and steel consumption) point of view for further verification, demonstrate the rationality of the new warehouse type structure method.
