As human understanding of environmental protection and sustainable development, as well as non-renewable energy shortage worldwide phenomenon, the pure water as a working medium green, once again become a hot topic in the field of transmission fluid. Meanwhile, the pure hydraulic pressure valve as a key foundation piece power transmission and control system, and its performance will directly affect the efficiency of the entire hydraulic system. However, poor lubrication, low viscosity, easy to cavitation, corrosion resistance and high vapor pressure of water exist shortcomings in performance; therefore, the development of pure pressure control valve will face many technical problems: corrosion and abrasion resistance material, seals and lubrication, cavitation and cavitation erosion. Emergence of new structures and new materials designed to solve part of the problem facing the pure hydraulic valves, but the pure hydraulic control valve cavitation problems still prominent.This topic pure pressure control valve cavitation erosion of research objectives, focusing on how to reduce and prevent the problem of cavitation in pure water pressure relief valve for the study, by increasing interference stream, using CFD technology to simulate the flow field numerical simulation of water pressure valve port overcurrent characteristics, optimizing the structure of hydraulic valve, based on AMESim and Simulink for static and dynamic characteristics of the valve to be tested.Firstly, a direct-acting hydraulic relief valve design theory as a basis for full consideration of the physical and chemical properties of water, the desired pure direct-acting pressure relief valve design accordingly, and briefly describes the pure pressure control Design Theory and Methods valve.Secondly, we use pure water pressure valve FLUENT software and increase interference stream flow channel hydraulic valve to simulate the flow field and visualization, through the pressure valve problem modeling and analysis model, to obtain pure hydraulic valve orifice pressure flow field distribution, velocity vector distribution, the maximum turbulent energy distribution and the distribution of the maximum energy dissipation, compared to the original model and improved model port over-current characteristics, as a basis for optimizing interference stream, in order to reduce and prevent cavitation erosion offer theory.Finally, the pure water pressure valve on the dynamic and static characteristics of a brief analysis, based on the bond graph theory, a mathematical model of the dynamic characteristics of the relief valve, its use AMESim and Simulink co-simulation, and analyze the simulation results.
