Numerical is the popular trend of modern development of hydraulic transmission and control technique. Hydraulic power sliding table which is the main part of combine machine, its control system is also subject to a significant change.A profound research on hydraulic power sliding table control system of combined machine tool was done in this paper. And a numerical design proposal on hydraulic feeding system was proposed in it.It determines a numerical designing scheme which is available for hydraulic power sliding table numerical control system at first. Based on analysis and comparison for several classical hydraulic loop of hydraulic feeding systems, it studies the principle of discharge which is open-loop numerical control, and designs the hydraulic feeding system that suits for numerical control. And numerical control on hydraulic feeding system is realized by ordinary, performance reliable and cheap switch valve.Then an electric circuit which is mainly combined by raster sensor and used to measure the displacement is designed. The frequency-multiplied test circuit and the level transfer circuit are designed based on the summary of grating shift test principle and the choose of grating shift.The PLC control system is the essential to the entire control system, the feeding of the hydraulic system and the realization of the grating displacement examine device are depended on it.
