The fortifications and important goals in the modern war is mostly built from the rock and concrete mixed materials. Therefore, it is of great importance in research on efficient depth of cracked target in mixed materials. Traditional rock mixed material crushing methods is usually the mechanical method, It has low efficiency, high energy consumption and low safety. With the mechanical method to overcome the material stress in different ways, high power pulse broking tensile stress, to overcome the above shortcomings mechanical method.The method of high power pulse technology broking rock and concrete mixed materials including technology and efficient damage technology of high voltage electrode technology, high voltage insulation, this work with the engineering application of the goals such as demand for high power pulse broken rock is studied and the optimization design of key technology for material mixing.The main contents of this work: firstly, experimental system is established, the high power pulse generator is analyzed and the structure design and the key technology of unit components is selected, and then for the high voltage insulation technology, the insulation characteristics of high voltage electrode surrounding media experiments and research is studied, then the high voltage electrode technology, the high voltage output electrode, electrode gas switch and a semiconductor switch electrode were optimized design and experiment research of high power pulse generator is accomplished; finally, design based on the optimized experimental study were realized.The main contents of this work: 1) to complete the design and optimization of the structure of high power pulse generator. 2) to obtain the insulating gas around the high voltage output electrode(N2, air, SF6) and the electrode and the pressure law, selecting SF6 as the insulating medium, Cylindrical stainless steel electrode radius 20 mm, high 40 mm distance of 6mm in polar, pressure is 0.3MPa, the breakdown voltage of up to 45 k V.3) to optimize the design of high voltage output electrode, under different parameters(pitch angle, voltage, etc.) of simulation and test, summed up the relevant laws. 4) to optimize the design of high voltage switch electrode, obtained the breakdown field homogeneous(uniform coefficient is 1.0781) and long service life(more than 106 times).5) crushing experiments, summarized the pulse, voltage and electrode distance on the influence law breaking effect.This work can be pulse rock and related engineering application provides the technical basis for the development of high power, great social and economic benefit.
