The Research Of Biogas Slurry Purification For Biomass Fuel Producing Technology

Aiming at improving the content of CH4 in biogas, this paper designs a set of purification process with biogas slurry as absorbent which is based on an exhaustive analysis of biogas purification for biomass fuel producing technology status at home and abroad; simulates the process by using the simulation software Aspen Plus and analyzes the simulated data and conditions. The result of the preliminary test and benefit analysis of this process shows it has not only significant economic benefits, but also high social benefit and environmental benefit.This thesis mainly carries out the following research:Firstly, introduces current energy crisis in our country, analyzes development and utilization of biogas both at home and abroad, illustrates the necessity of the research of biogas purification for vehicle biomass fuel producing technology.Secondly, analyzes the gas properties systematically, discusses domestic and international biogas purification technology, compares and summarizes different purification methods.Thirdly, according to the analysis results of different technique methods, designs a set of biogas slurry purification for biomass fuel producing procedure on the basis of the analysis in each session of the process.Fourthly, establishes a simulate process of biogas purification and completes the imitation to analyze the operation parameters and properties of the packed tower during purification process with the application of chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus, which is based on the appropriate physical parameters, simulation unit and the combination of various modules whose parameters setting is determined by the design goal. At the same time, in order to optimize parameters, with the help of the simulation software, analyzes and compares the factors such as flow rate, pressure and absorbent flow rate, and finally summarizes the influence factors of CH4 recovery and rich fluid treatment process.Finally, preliminarily tests the biogas slurry purification for biomass fuel producing procedure, analyzes and summarizes its economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.
