Experiment And Study Of Vehicle Biogas Purification Device

The subject uses biogas purification as the background . Based on the biogas produced by the scale of 150 m3 auxiliary heating container type biogas engineering ,A set of vchicle biogas purification device was designed to purify the biogas . Experiment was conductedt to test the device and obtain related data . when the biogas is purified ,it will serve as an alternative fuel replace of other fueluser in vehicles ,which can provide technical reference for related field.This research included: studying the domestic and international biogas purification technology status and headway ,analyzing the composition of the biogas produced by the scale of 150 m3 auxiliary heating container type biogas engineering . devising a new-style vchicle biogas purification device,and exploring the vehicle biogas purification device's ecological,social,economical feasibility.After the experiment, this stdy reached the following conclusions:1,analyse the biogas'composition.The biogas contain methane (CH4) of 60.8 percent, carbon dioxide (CO2) of 31.6 percent, carbon monoxide(CO)of 1.02 percent and hydrogen (H2) of 2.24 percent, water 34 mg/m3,and a spot of other gases;2,After the biogas was purified by the vehicle biogas purification device,its component was methane (CH4) of 93.1 percent, carbon monoxide(CO)of 1.02 percent and hydrogen (H2) of 2.24 percent.3 On the study of the unit of removal of hydrogen sulfide of the vchicle biogas purification device,it showed that in the condition of appropriate particle diameter,temperature and low rate ,the hydrogen sulfide was completely eliminated, because of the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in low proportion. The methane's content has not increased distinctly .In order to guarantee the device work effectivly,the desulfurizer must be changed after 72 hours. The unfunctional desulfurizer was renewable,it will utilize recycling by heating.4,For the biogas drocessed aled with by the unit of eliminating the carbon dioxide of the vchicle biogas purification device, it's methane (CH4) content changed from the original 60.8% to 89.6% , and decarbonization effect was more than 99% in 6.5 hours, after 6.5 hours, the decarburization reduced.5,For the biogas through the dryer unit of the vchicle biogas purification device, it's content of methane (CH4) reached 93.1%, carbon monoxide(CO)of 1.02 percent, hydrogen (H2) of 3.24%. The biaogas will be used to replace of the fossil fuels use in cars. It shows that the dryer should be changed after 32 hours.When the desiccant failure of absorb water, it will be renewable recycling, by heating, to ensure the device work continuously,it should provide two Drier replacement in the process.6, The vchicle biogas purification device's effect was obvious, After the economic analysis, the results showed that the net present value (NPV) was 1243 yuan, and the static investment payback period is 5.9 years. It has significant economical,Social,and ecological benefits, especially in alleviating China's energy crisis has a great significance.
