The continuous rigid frame bridge has been more widely used for the advantages of good ability of rigidity and spanning capacity on the railway road. In the long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction process, usually use hanging basket-situ cantilever construction method of symmetry, so it has many segments and need long time. Also the vertical elevation of the continuous rigid frame bridge was impacted by a number of factors. It’s easy to have a elevation error,even have great error for relatively cantilever segments and the final closure was difficult. So it is necessary to control the elevation strictly, to ensure the bridge linear and internal force state meets the requirements. Construction Control work is to ensure the safety of the structure and alignment requirements by regulation of Construction state.The paper takes Changning River bridge on Huang-Han-Hou railway(60+2×100+60)m continuous rigid frame bridge as the engineering practice background. The features of Continuous rigid frame bridge were introduced, the development process of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridges was briefly reviewed. The research status and results on the control of bridge constructions at home and abroad were introduced. The necessity and importance of this work was explained. The importance of construction control, the main content, the control systems, the control theory,the structure analysis methods of long span continuous rigid frame bridges were introduced, which provided theoretical supports for construction control practice. It uses the finite element software MIDAS/Civil 2010 for modeling analysis, by the forward and backward calculation respectively on the bridge during the construction of the internal force and deformation are analyzed. According to the results of analysis, then considering the construction process of all kinds of variable factors, the bridge construction process monitoring scheme was determined, and together with the construction camber the change of internal force and deformation during the construction process of the bridge were obtained. Through the analysis of the current construction methods, combined with the characteristics of the bridge, decided Changning River bridge on Huang-Han-Hou railway(60+2×100+60)m continuous rigid frame bridge by using the adaptive control method, the monitoring and alignment should be in the process of construction. The article research results are used in the whole construction control engineering practice process of Changning River bridge on Huang-Han-Hou railway(60+2×100+60)m continuous rigid frame bridge, ensure that the bridge safety and quality during the construction, Thus in each stage of construction alignment and stress to monitor the expected goal and realizing of accurate closure of the bridge. Eventually the bridge construction control and monitoring results are consistent with the expected target, The final bridge line and stress condition are perfect.
