Research Of Guangxi Highway Operation Period Maintenance Costs

With the rapid growth of China’s economy, expressway construction is also developing rapidly, at present our country has formed a convenient and efficient expressway network. As the expressway’s traffic mileage is increasing, the maintenance task of expressway is becoming more and more important. But the thought which government attach importance to expressway construction and make light of maintenance has led to a shortage of funds, under the condition of ensure good pavement behavior, how to control the maintenance costs of expressway operation period become crucial. Based on expressway in Guangxi province, this paper conducts a study of the expressway operation period maintenance costs.According to the practical situation of expressway operation period maintenance cost, the paper analyses the composition, characteristic of maintenance cost. On this basis, the theoretical prediction for highway maintenance costs are discussed, mainly introduced the gray GM (1,1) quantitative prediction methods.According to the characteristics of expressway operation period maintenance costs, using the highway maintenance cost data over the years (expressway from Nanning to You Yi-guan, from Pingle to Zhongshan) and grey GM (1,1) quantitative prediction methods, set up the highway operation period daily maintenance cost prediction model. Based on the prediction model and the actual data of the Bailuo expressway during the period of maintenance, the prediction model has been tested. After testing the models and getting good prediction accuracy, it will calculate the Bailuo highway daily maintenance cost in the next three years, provide the basis for maintenance cost plan and cost control.Maintenance cost prediction is the first step of cost management, cost control is the key to reducing maintenance costs. This paper analyzes the norm cost method, homework cost method, lean cost method advantages and the disadvantages. On this basis, tentatively puts forward the reasonable maintenance quota, strengthen scientific research and innovation, formulate reasonable maintenance scheme, increase routine preventive maintenance cost, and reduce the overall maintenance costs of the three recommendations, can provide a reference for highway maintenance cost control of guangxi region.
