Theoretical study of the rigid pile composite foundation is still lagging behind the engineering practice, The design of scheme only using semi theoretical semi empirical method. The finite element numerical simulation technology high speed development to make up for this inadequacy. In this paper, the existing experimental study project results to validate the model by using the finite element software ANSYS. Study on the characteristics of rigid pile composite foundation based on ANSYS can well simulate the instance. The main work is as follows:⑴Model validation was performed by using the finite element software ANSYS in experimental study on existing engineering achievements. Discusses emphatically the rigid pile composite foundation bearing capacity, the pile axial stress, lateral resistance of pile, pile-soil load share ratio. After comparison, ANSYS can simulate interaction between pile and soil effectively. The bearing capacity of rigid pile composite foundation is far greater than the design requirements of the bearing capacity of composite foundation of characteristic spkf value. Description of rigid pile to strengthening soft foundation is very good. The cushion can better adjust pile-soil load share ratio and because the top of pile piercing into cushion makes the negative friction of pile. Grouting can cause the pile side friction resistance gets better play, Make the pile side friction of pile end near be enhanced. Rigid pile composite foundation in the full play of pile-soil bearing effects. At the same time, By virtue of a rigid pile high bearing performance to achieve high bearing capacity of composite foundation.⑵Finite element simulation analysis on composite foundation with rigid piles based on engineering example. Discussed in other conditions unchanged, The single change of cushion parameters, rigid pile, pile cap and soil parameters, parameters of grouting parameters effect on deformation of bearing characteristics of rigid pile composite foundation.⑶The mutual influence of model parameters of rigid pile composite foundation,In this paper, based on the orthogonal design method, The sensitivity of different factors by using the finite element software under different operating condition simulation of rigid pile composite foundation average settlement and differential settlement.
