Due to the rapid development of the national economy and the changing science and technology, contemporary architectures can not avoid setting up the transfer slab structures,only with a multifunctional and multipurpose of high-rise building can satisfy the masses’ high requirements.It will make huge differences between the vertical structure system or form of the lower floor of high-rise building and the upper one’s, so it must set up transfer slab structures in changing parts, namely the level convertible components,to complete the conversion of the upper and lower structures.Therefore, the scientific construction of the transfer layer is key to ensure that this transition can be achieved smoothly among them, it is in the process of construction of formwork engineering in most cases belong to the high formwork support system category, however, the research on the support system of the present stage is not perfect, the actual construction calculation of its design is mostly based on experience or specification for design of steel structure and relying on the scaffolding on the simple analysis, and not according to the requirements of special scheme for ultra high formwork support system for detailed analysis and calculation, it is hard to avoid the situation that the supporting rods is too much and too close, it will inevitably lead to increased the difficulty of construction, construction period and cost. More importantly,the construction stage there will be occasional factors more difficult to safeguard the quality and safety. To study and solve this problem, this paper combined with the example of two projects in Xiangtan City, Binhu gardening and Sanhe building, through the support system for their conversion layer in accordance with the "construction fastener tubular steel scaffolding safety technical specifications" is designed and calculated, and the comparison of two engineering construction scheme of supporting system, to study their common characteristics,and to develop the design calculation and construction scheme optimization,to establish the supporting system by using the Midas/gen finite element software model, numerical model,observation and analysis in the concrete pouring process is the different age under the stress and deformation, and then determine the feasibility of optimization design, the model of optimized design, in the optimized support system ensure the stress and deformation results are in conformity with the requirements of construction period and cost can be calculated after the savings obtained optimized plan.Therefore, the research result of this paper is:it has theoretically validated the feasibility of design calculation and the optimal design of construction method to ultra high formwork supporting system,and proved the rationality,safety and economy of the optimized scheme by using numerical model, safety and economy, summed up the construction method of supporting system which can guarantee the quality of safety and cost more reasonably.The research meaning of this paper is: to design and calculate the supporting system of beam type transfer slab structure of high-rise building and analysis and optimal design of construction technology scheme,and set up scientific and reasonable scheme, which can provide references for future similar engineering to design and construct of the beam type transfer slab structure of the supporting system.
