The construction industry has faced enormous challenges in formwork design for centuries.Today we can say that the aluminum formwork system allows engineers and contractors to easily build houses.The design and optimization of the formwork is the main feature of tall buildings.The formwork design conforms to the building construction technology field and the architectural aluminum formwork system.The system includes wall panels,slabs,slab corners,outer corners,support heads,end beams,connecting rods,center beams,embedded tie rods,adjustable pillars,stair platforms and tie rods.All of these components need to be designed and optimized to make them affordable.The efficiency of aluminum formwork is one of the greatest achievements of engineers in the construction industry.We saw the application of formwork in high-rise buildings.It has accelerated the construction of residential buildings.Housing is needed in view of population growth.Simulation analysis is part of the design element.We also use the finite element model to get the best results.We also use some software to help us optimize and design.Strength is also tested.We can remove the template after about 12 hours.Aluminum formwork produced high strength concrete.The construction cost is low,the construction efficiency is improved,and the modern construction requirements are met.Shortening time is one of the major achievements.
