| A complete set of vibration measurement virtual instrument system was developed on background of the researching of the test bench of Aircraft engine attachment. For the vibration measurement system, the process of Acceleration and deceleration of the key component—the gearbox was very transient,but it contained the Information which could reflect the vibration features of the test bench bestly. Therefore, It was very necessary to analyze the transient process. Aiming at this problem, the paper used the empirical mode decomposition theory and cepstrum to demodulate and reduce the noise of the vibration signal of the test bench. Now the main contents of this paper were summarized as follows:(1)The paper developed a set of vibration test system with LabVIEW software platform, which contained the data acquisition, data preprocessing, the management of the files, data query, alarm settings and so on.(2) Studying the features of the overall structure of the test bench and potential failures during operation, According to the actual situation, the paper completed the match of the hardware and the arrangement of vibration points.(3) The paper derivated and analyzed the empirical mode decomposition theory,at the same time, It analyzed simulation signals which occurred in the failures of mechanical equipment. Therefore, the paper had a deep analysis for the noise reduction and demodulation performance of the empirical mode decomposition.(4) The paper combined the analysis result of the empirical mode decomposition theory and the structural characteristics of the test bench, and It had the analysis of vibration signals in the time domain to infer the potential failures of the test bench and propose guidance improvement program.In the process of debugging, The vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system which was on background of the test bench of Aircraft engine attachment tested with control systems, mechanical systems and hydraulic systems at the same time. And it achieved satisfactory results. In regard to the set of vibration monitoring system, friendly interface, high-speed data acquisition and the real-time storage of alarm data had a certain significance for similar projects. In addition, the paper used empirical mode decomposition and the cepstrum to analyze vibration data in the process of the acceleration and deceleration, which had a certain significance for similar problems. |
