With the development of industrial technology,the use of fasteners is showing a sustained growth.On the other hand,due to the loosening of the fastener,mechanical equipment failures and accidents are sharply increasing as well.Developing high quality fasteners will not only effectively improve the anti-loosening performance,but also facilitate the development of the fastener industry.However,the extant transverse vibration test benches hardly meet this need.Some of them are expensive;some are very complicated in operation;and some show low efficiency of test to satisfy the requirement of high accuracy.All these hinder the development of high quality fasteners;therefore,to research and develop new types of transverse vibration test bench has important theoretical and practical significance.Drawing on the requirements of transverse vibration test bench to the threaded fastener locking performance tests,this article analyzed the mechanism of threaded fasteners looseness.On this basis,the kinematics analysis was carried out on the test bench.It clarified the overall design scheme of test-bed and the working principle of test bench.According to the design index of GB/T10431-2008,this article also analyzed the mechanical structure of the test bed and its relevant optimal design,through the changes of axial clamping forces in the loose process of threaded fasteners.Basing on the requirements of anti-loosing test system,this article has determined the overall design scheme for test bed hardware,and respectively selected the hardware of transverse vibration test bench,including three-phase asynchronous motors,data acquisition card,tension-compression sensors and displacement sensors.Moreover,this article has well elaborated the overall structural parameters and total system error of the hardware.The programming software LabVIEW was chosen as the test system development platform.which built modular design for he expected function of the test system,including data acquisition module,signal processing module,database design module,and additional modules.We built a threaded fastener anti-loosing performance test system to test divided the anti-loosing performance test into two parts,and verified the reliability and accuracy of the data collected by the test bed.Results showed that the anti-loosing performance test system can effectively test the loose condition of the threaded fastener,and manage the test data through the database system.
