As the key component of the hydraulic system, hydraulic balance valve are widely used in machnical hydraulic system, expecialy like the concrete pump truck, crane, aerial vehicles in the modern engineering machinery. The design of tradition balance valves ignored the influence of the load characteristic of the balance valve, can not automatic adjustment of flow fluctuation caused by load variation compensation. And with a variety of mechanical balance valve requirements continue to increase, it is necessary to study the properties of balance valve under the specific condition. In order to solve this problem, a new load sensing structure is applied to the balance valve. This thesis concentrate on the analysis and study of one load sensing counterbalance valve of a company.Firstly, this thesis expatiates on the design idea, innovation and working principle of counterbalance valve, in details, especially the key points of the design is anlsysed, such as the flow area and type of the throttle orifice. Finally, the curve of the valve orifice size to the flow area is obtained,which is comply with design requirements.Secondly, the static and dynamic model of the valve is established,and the characteristics of the valve are analyzed by simulation. The simulation results show that the diameter of the valve has a large effect on the dynamic characteristics of the valve; furthermore, the basic performance of the product was verified by sample experiments. Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental data and the simulation results, The optimization of the parameters of the balancing valve is suggested and the optimization scheme of the structure of the valve is optimized by analyzing the problem of the sample during the process of machining.Finally, to analyse the dynamic characteristics and energy consumption of the load sensitive valve and verify the feasibility of the balance valveā€™s design scheme, the model of dynamic and steady state of the balanced valve to the load sensitive balancing loop is established, and the main factors are briefly described. The stability of the boom, the energy consumption of the system and the matching of various parameters are simulated through the simulation model of AMEsim software platform.Then a special experiment which have the conterbanlance valve installed in the machine is taken,and the experimental equipment is SY5392-46 concrete pump car, and the stability and energy consumption of the boom are collected. The experiments and simulation results show that the load sensitive system can cause the pressure fluctuation of the flow rate easily. The parameter matching between the components, such as hydraulic cylinder bore and piston rod diameter and system flow, etc. is very important to the dynamic characteristic of the system. The energy consumption of the load sensitive balancing valve is obviously reduced compared with the original conventional balance valve, and its energy consumption is very superior.
