With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the application of truck cranes in the national production and life is becoming more and more extensive.At the same time,higher demands are placed on the working performance of cranes.As one of the most critical components in the hydraulic system of a truck crane,the counterbalance valve is an important factor that affects the stability of the crane.Due to the poor performance of the domestic counterbalance valve,it caused the crane to work more jitter and instability.Therefore,it is of great engineering practice significance to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the balanced valve and improve the stability of the crane.The main research object is the pilot-operated decompression type counterbalance valve for the key component of the car hoisting system.The structure of the counterbalance valve is introduced,and the basic functions and dynamic and static characteristics of the counterbalance valve are introduced.The functions of the counterbalance valve in the winch system include one-way function,load holding function,and hydraulic control throttling function.The one-way function is used to drive the hydraulic motor to lift the load;the load holding function is used to prevent the reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor,prevent the load from falling,so that the load can stay in the air for a long time;the hydraulic control throttling function is used in the load falling condition,so that The speed of load reduction is controllable.The counterbalance valve studied was dismantled,its structural parameters were measured and a three-dimensional model was established.An accurate counterbalance valve AMESIM model was established based on the three-dimensional model.The main valve core of the counterbalance valve was equipped with multiple V-shaped throttle slots of different sizes.Calculate the main law valve flow area with the opening of the valve opening of the role of the law,so that the simulation model closer to the actual structure,the main parameters of the counterbalance valve model settings.On this basis,using AMESIM software to simulate and analyze the characteristics of the counterbalance valve.A counterbalance valve characteristic test stand was set up to test,and the test results and simulation results of one-way differential pressure flow characteristics,control pressure flow characteristics,load pressure flow characteristics and control pressure transient characteristics of the counterbalance valve were compared to verify the counterbalance valve AMESIM model.Correctness.The transfer function method and the bond graph method are used to establish the mathematical model of the load reduction condition of the balanced valve system,and the factors influencing the stability and rapidity of the balanced valve system are analyzed.On this basis,the dynamic process of the dynamic behavior of the counterbalance valve hoisting system was developed,and the influence mechanism of the counterbalance valve on the stability and rapidity of the winch system under different loads and different system flows was analyzed.System unstable working condition.By adding a feedback control device to improve the winch system and using the NLPQL algorithm to optimize the related parameters of the counterbalance valve,the stability of the winch system is improved,which has certain research and practical significance.
