Using data from track inspection car to carry out track dynamic detection and guide or evaluate the maintenance and repair is a majorresearch topic ofthe trackdynamic detection. But it needs the further research on the comprehensive processing and analysis of periodic data from track dynamic detection, and its? reasonable application on the arrangement of track maintenance and repair cycle. Especially during the maintenance and repair progress in the western plateau and desert area, how to give full play to the role of track inspection car, and reasonably arrange the overhaul cycle, is very important to the protection of the railway operational safety and the improvement of the efficiency of funds use.The paper researched the continuous 22 months? test data from track inspection car in some section of Lan-Xin railway, analyzed the comprehensive applicationdatafromtrack inspection car. And analyzed the changing trend of track operational quality according to the measuredTQI index analysis, put forward calculation method of the average line deterioration index to the particular section, predict the track quality life and the maintenance cycle, reasonably plan the best time of maintenance and repair, ensure the line in equilibrium and steady state. Mainly carried out the following work:(1) Comprehensively analyzed the development and application status of track dynamic detection techniques at home and abroad, analyzed the working principle oftrack inspection car, and combined with the specificsituationof Lan-Xin Railway, put forward the basic ideas and research methods of deeply mining the data from track inspection car.(2) Based on the continuous inspection data of Lan-Xin Railway, analyzed the specific methodsof trackinspection car data applications from reportidentifies andwaveformanalysis, etc. Analyzedsome specific problems of the levels and numbers of track diseases, and problems during the specific mileage searching processes. Analyzed the mileage correction method of track inspection car data, and introduced the method of using TQI values to plan track comprehensive maintenance and repair.(3) Researched the characteristics of six kinds of analysis tools in railwaymaintenance management, and the building method of track irregularity predictionmodel. Combined the current application method of track inspection car data, research the establishment and application method of track irregularity multistagelinearfitting model, to achieve the fundamental change of railway maintenance from ?state maintenance? to ?prevention maintenance?.(4) Based on average TQI value of the continuous inspection data in some section of Lan-Xin Railway, analyzed by the multistagelinearfitting model oftrack irregularity, from repair efficiency, repair history and track disease, etc. And proposed selection methods of the best time and the optimal interval to make the machinemaintenance and repair.
