Nowadays,with the rapid development of railway as well as the increase of train running speed,axle load and operating density,the comprehensive maintenance through large tamping machines plays an increasingly obvious role in improving the equipment quality of ballasted track,which has become a main form of maintenance for ballasted track.By analyzing the inspection data from track recording car continuously operated 17 times with the distance of 2.580 km within the zone of K16+000 ~ K19+000 in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Line?of Guangzhou Railway Group,this paper focuses on the TQI value of single track vertical profile irregularity among track quality indexes.Firstly,the scope of research is determined from the aspects of there being no particularity in track vertical profile irregularity before tamping in the line studied,allowing the highest running speed in the whole line and covering the samples of equipment records in the line as many as possible.Moreover,the detection values of track vertical profile irregularity with the interval of 0.25 m are obtained through export of the wave data from track recording car,and the mileage of the data analyzed is precisely calibrated.Secondly,this paper discusses the falling range of TQI values after tamping,the changing situation of TQI values after tamping for 537 days,the changing trend of TQI values after tamping for continuous 537 days as well as the relationship between the changing trend and the monthly accumulated rainfall in the corresponding time period.Based on comprehensive analysis of the inspection data,it obtains the working cycle of comprehensive maintenance through large tamping machines for the current Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Line?.Thirdly,data fitting and forecast are conducted by using GM power model,simplified GM model and regression tool.The three models are compared and analyzed through the indexes including average relative error,posterior error ratio,probability of minor error,and relative error of the predicted value of the last set of data.Based on fitting and forecast of the inspection data through using mathematical model,it obtains the working cycle of comprehensive maintenance through large tamping machines for the current Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Line?.Finally,it obtains the working cycle of comprehensive maintenance through large tamping machines for the current Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Line?through combining the statistical analysis with the fitting and forecast of the inspection data by using mathematical model.
