Research On Highway Engineering Project Cost Management From Malu To Tongzhong Port

As a core part of the highway project management, cost management is an important way to reduce the cost of highway construction projects to improve enterprise efficiency.Therefore, the study of the cost of road construction industry, advanced management concepts,the implementation of scientific and effective cost management methods to improve project management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises have an extremely important role and practical significance. However, the current highway construction market,construction of a project, often by a plurality of construction enterprises to complete.Resulting in the project requirements, different owners are also differ in thousands of ways.At the same time, because of the construction enterprises of different, which makes the project management mode is also uneven, some good and some bad. Although the project management in our country since the implementation of it is now nearly 30 years, but the current situation of management, have little effect. They could not correctly handle the project cost and project management of the relationship between the two, the importance of the project management and the cost management is not a profound understanding of these issues,resulting in many highway construction enterprise cost management control, economic slowdown or even losses, bring many disadvantageous to the development of enterprises.Therefore, how to improve the highway project cost management level, bring more economic benefits to the enterprise, is the highway engineering project management problems, how to manage the cost effectively on the meager profit project become a valuable research topic.This article is based on this background, through the study of the domestic and foreign related research status and exploration achievement, to the road to cave in the port of highway engineering project as the research object of this thesis is deeply analyzed, it is concluded that there is the road to cave in port highway project cost management problems are mainly:(1)the cost management consciousness is weak.(2) backward management methods, enterprises adopt is still use the historical cost to measure the current level of target cost.(3) the lack of project cost management system perfect. In view of the existing port road to cave in highway engineering project cost management problems, proposed the key from the following three aspects:(1) improve the update cost management concept;(2) to break the traditional cost management method of single project, using target costing and activity-based method for comprehensive management of this law, innovative point of this this article also;(3) improve the existing cost management safeguard system. At the end of the paper evaluates the effectiveness of case, the effect is quite good, is feasible cost management method that integrated management with the target costing and activity-based costing method in the roadto the cave of the highway project in the port, this management method has some popularization value.This paper chose the road cave in to the port of highway engineering project as the research object, the reason is to investigate a large number of highway engineering project analysis found that, the road to cave in the port of highway engineering project the existence of the current project cost management problems existing in our country’s construction project most in highway engineering, where the bottleneck is the highway engineering project in our country the development of cost management, and the background is the most appropriate,has the very strong value of the representative and research.In this paper, through the research of cost management of the road to cave in the port of highway engineering project, which aims to provide certain theory for the cost management of highway construction project in China, and provide some practical experience to promote China’s project cost management scientific, efficient development.
