With the vigorous development of the traffic construction in China, Large amount of infrastructure such as roads, railways and airports construction in a mountainous area, deep and high fills-in phenomenon often caused a large number of engineering landslide, it will seriously restrict the development of engineering construction. Such engineering landslide scale of investment is huge, which makes the effect evaluation of landslide control project has become particularly important.Based on the above considerations, the article is based on the establishment of the evaluation system of landslide treatment engineering effects and application as the main line, Based on regulation of Waduan village landslide treatment engineering on Fengjie-Yunyang highway in chongqing as the background, to carry out a research into the effect of landslide treatment engineering evaluation, And using Excel VBA platform, which developed the evaluation system for landslide treatment engineering. The paper main research content and conclusions include the following aspects:(1)Preliminary established a set of evaluation index system of landslide governance effect:In reference on the basis of predecessors’ research results, through a variety of ways to seek the opinions of experts,preliminary landslide governance evaluation index system is established.(2)Relying on the index system, to carry out system evaluation of the governance effect of Waduan village landslide: Through the systematic analysis of Waduan village landslide project surveying,design and engineering implementation of security system analysis, rationality, economy. Which shows that the landslide governance effect is good, the whole slope gradually stabilized.The main body of anti-sliding retaining structure of normal working status, but individual structure damage phenomenon, This phenomenon has drawn great attention of the department in charge of operations.(3)Summarizes some of the features of new technologies and new processes of Waduan village landslide treatment engineering:Using " a radical, phased implementation " concept of governance measures of Waduan village landslide governance measures, Its purpose is to improve the construction efficiency and reduces the project cost. Meanwhile, dynamic design and information construction is a major feature of the landslide, It effectively promote the follow-up project construction.(4)Using Excel VBA platform, which developed the evaluation system for landslide treatment engineering: The system has full information, the characteristics of convenient operation, the basic theory mature. Using this system to carry out system evaluation of the governance effect of Waduan village landslide, The results of evaluation result and the actual engineering analysis conclusion is more consistent.Through the above evaluation method, to verify that the effectiveness of Waduan village landslide treatment engineering effect the correctness of the analysis conclusion, and Indicate that the effect of landslide treatment engineering based on Excel VBA the reliability of the evaluation system. This method not only in the area as well as the three Gorges reservoir area in fengjie complex governance is widely used, but Southwest traffic engineering construction under complex geological environments also play a reference.In this paper, research methods and achievements will transport system of geological disasters in China,(especially landslide) the effect of the regulation project evaluation to provide reference and reference. Through the objective and fair view of disease treatment project has been completed, Purpose is to guide and optimize for disease prevention and control, in order to reduce disaster losses.
