With the incessant development of economy in our country, the use of air conditioning is increasing, the energy consumption is also increasing. Relevant data shows that China’s building energy consumption has exceeded the total energy consumption by a quarter, the energy consumption of air conditioning system is over a 50% proportion of the total building energy consumption. Therefore, it is important significance to lower the energy consumption of air conditioning system for country, equipment manufacturers and users. Nowadays, the researches for the air conditioning system are also more and more, and the research on air conditioning parts can not be underestimated. Condenser and evaporator are heat exchange equipment of the air conditioning system, their performances will directly affect the efficiency of heat exchange between the refrigerant and external heat source medium, which will affect the overall performance of the system in the end. So the analysis of the condenser and evaporator performances improves the efficiency of their heat transfer, which has significance to improve the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning system. The paper main contents include:1. Steady lumped parameter method is applied to establish the thermodynamic model of air conditioning system, using the data of the split type air conditioning to justify the model. Analysis of the existing air conditioning system has insufficient, steady lumped parameter method of thermodynamic model is set up. The new model has advantages of a clear physical concept, scientific computation, and concise iteration process and less iteration times. Use the Gauss-Newton Iterative numerical method and FORTRAN language compiled the calculation program, combined with a split type air conditioning calculation data and compared with existing models, thesis analyzes the effect of operation parameters on the air conditioning system energy efficiency.2. The influence on the air conditioning system energy efficiency about condenser and evaporator was analyzed respectively.Mainly from the product of the heat transfer area and coefficient, which is named the KF value, the evaporator and condenser effect on the efficiency of the system at the rated condition was researched respectively, and KF value effect on the system with the operating parameters, for example, the flow area of expansion valve, the rotational speed of compressor, the refrigerating capacity, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature, changing was also studied in this paper. Because of the pressure drop existing in the heat exchanger, the pressure drop of the evaporator and condenser was analyzed respectively to investigate its influence degree of the system EER.3. Analysis of the level of condenser and evaporator impact on the system.Through detailed analysis of the above, now the condenser and evaporator impact on the system was compared and analyzed, looking for a relatively large impact on the system components, to provide the proof for improving the efficiency of system.
