Energy conservation is an important part of resourcese conomical society. Running energy consumption of building is nearly about one-third of total energy consumption of commodity in society. Study show that energy conservation of building is a keystone because of it has maximal potential of energy conservation. The running consumption of building is a key point due to most of them happened during the process of building using. The porportion of air-conditioning energy consumption took in the total energy consumption is about 40%~60%. It has two main reasons leading to energy consumption of air-conditioning system higher than other appliances in commercial building: the first is the irrationality on system designing and during regulate and control method which result in the low-level of designing energy efficiency; the second aspect is the irrationality on institution about running and operation which bringing on low-level of running energy efficiency.This thesis is right to start research on two aspects----designing and running.Firstly, it introduces calculation mathod about Designing Energy Efficiency Rate in air-conditioning system. We collected lots of designing materials about air-conditioning of commercial building in Shenzhen and Chongqing and we analyse air-conditioning system DEER in different kinds of building."air-conditioning system DEER limitation in commercial building"is a fruit of foregoing analyse. It is used as the evaluation standard on if one designing of air-conditioning achieved Energy Saving Designing Standard.Contemporary, according to collected designing materials, we concluded the"air- conditioning system DEER in part load"which is on the basis of the running characteristic on part load about each appliance's in are-conditioning system. Comparing the DEER in full load and part load, we concluded that the former is smaller than the latter.This thesis puts forward calculation mathod about Season Energy Efficiency Rate in air-conditioning system. According as tesing data to two air-conditioning sysytems'running status, we calculated SEER in different part load. Analysing the influences of every factors to SEER,analysing the existent problems during operation, we educed pormotion measure which have instructional action to energy saving running scheme about air-conditioning system. This article is a part of research named"enhance commercial building central air-conditioning system energy efficiency"aided by America EF fund. The research production has referenced value to energy efficiency designing and running in air conditioning system. Parts of research production is adopted by Construction Committee in ChongQing.
