| In the construction project,the cost budget and the construction organization have been affected directly by the calculation result of earthwork volume. different methods are not only affect the calculation efficiency but also obtain different results.Therefore, the accurate calculation of earthwork has very important significance for which to plan the whole project implementation, control the investment of project and assigns the construction funds. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the various projects, The existing rough and optional calculation methods have been unable to meet the requirement which investor want to get exact cost budget.It is necessary to select the most appropriate method for The specific area of terrain.The conventional methods which include sectional method, grid method, triangulated irregular network method and the contour method were summarized and concluded. Mainly introduced the principle and the procedure. Analysed the applicable conditions. Finally,reached a conclution that The conventional methods can not meet the requirements of high precision and simply calculation method and applicable to any terrain.Particularly introduced the theory of the Digital Elevation Model, including concept, characteristics, classification,data acquisition methods and the basic method of modeling. The principle and the mathematical model and the process of interpolation method of DEM were have been analyzed and expounded deeply.Compared with the conventional calculation method,use DEM to calculate the earthwork can not only greatly reduce the manpower but also make the result more accurate.Therefore,DEM has been more and more frequently used in Earthwork quantity calculation. The emphasis of the research is how to select the most accurate DEM interpolation method in view of the specific landform and topography.This paper took the land leveling project of LanZhou New Area Free Trade Zone as an example, used different interpolation method to calculate the earthwork. By compared and analysed the Precision of each method,the most appropriate interpolation method for area which the region is large and relatively flat and the elevation point is intensive have been found. |
