The construction of high-speed railway has greatly improved Chinese railway transport capacity. With the technology promoting and the high-speed rail network forming, more and more passenger trains will run on the high-speed railway which is longer and across time zones. Train operation scheme is the key of the organization of passenger train operation, the establishment of which is a very complex project and related by a number of factors.Therefore, how to develop a reasonable and effective train operation scheme in the new environment is an important problem which we are facing and need to be resolved currently.Around the research theme of train operation scheme, the paper have studied several key issues about the train plan and have raised the main method with the condition of the line which is longer as well as across time zones, and based on reading a number of literature,in order to provide theory for the actual train operation scheme.Firstly,The paper have analyzed the contents, principles, factors of the train operation scheme, and have discussed the division scheme about existing lines and high-speed rail way,transportation pattern of passenger, the conditions of running across-line passenger trains;Secondly, the methods of selecting the running section of the train and the selection of train type were established, the way of solving the number of passenger train was designed,and the main process of the algorithm have been illustrated;On the longer railway, a larger number of the stations are crossed by passenger train,passenger-flow is metabolic in different stations. Due to the stops number is limited, the interlaced stopping mode should be used in the train of major stations stop and selective-stop in order to balance the distribution of the train stops as possible. So, optimization model has been built, which has two objects: the number of passenger trains between any two stations for providing services should meet the demands of passenger, the distribution of train station stops should be balanced, then the model has been calculated by genetic algorithm;Then, because of the railway which is longer and across time zones, the mode of setting maintaining time and reasonable originating time of the passenger train between the high-speed railway and existing lines are different. Therefore, based on the analysis of the passenger train originating and arriving time, the paper have established a multi-objective optimization model which has two objects and two constraints: the minimum value of the sum of the punishment as well as the minimum connecting time of train-sets, the constraint of time interval and line maintaining time. "Many to many" problem of the passenger train originating scheme have been changed to a number of "one to many" problems, and then the hybrid optimization algorithm by combining genetic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm has been studied for calculating time.Because the Lanzhou-Urumqi high-speed railway is longer and has jet lag for an hour,train operation scheme of Lanzhou-Urumqi and Baoji-Lanzhou high-speed railway, as well as related railway network, has been researched in the condition that the known OD traffic data and other relevant information, which can prove practicability and effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
