This paper choses Wartsila production of large marine low-speed two-stroke high-pressure common-rail diesel engine7RT-flex60C as the research object. Firstly, introduce the main composition and working principle of the fuel common rail system, and the WECS-9500control system. Secondly, with the idea of modular modeling and the motion equations and control logic, establish physical and mathematical models of fuel common rail, and using Matlab/Simulink to establish a simulation model of fuel common rail system. Comparing the simulation data and that of the experimentally measured number, verifies the correctness of the simulation model. Then in order to accurately control the pressure of the fuel common rail, PID and Fuzzy-PID control algorithm have been contrasted. By analyzing the two kinds of control algorithm, the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is more effective to control the pressure. Finally, based on the GUI of Matlab, establishing simulation interface of the mechanism model and control model. By simple operation, the parameters of models can be setted, showing the change of parameters and the control effect of the pressure.The simulation and control of the high-pressure common rail is substantial for the research of the marine power plant technology. Using the Matlab/Simulink to establish the simulation models, by comparing the simulation results and experimental data, verifying the mathematical model and control strategy is correct. At the same time, the model has good simulation accuracy and real-time performance, which can providing reference and guidance for domestic research on large marine low-speed two-stroke engine of high-pressure common rail system.
