With the development of industry,the environmental problems become worse.In the area of the ship,in order to reduce diesel engine emissions,the organization will also develop more and more stringent emission regulations,diesel engine to carry out active exploration on diesel emissions technology at home and abroad.With the development of diesel engine technology,high pressure common rail fuel injection technology has become one of the most popular fuel injection technologies.The system can be in common rail fuel high-pressure fuel savings for specified pressure,atomizing the fuel to achieve excellent quality,in addition,the fuel injection control has great flexibility,the flexible control angle of injection advance angle of the engine to achieve pre injection and post injection and other measures,in order to reduce diesel engine emissions,significantly improve the starting performance of diesel engine.However,the requirements of high pressure common rail fuel injection technology are very high,and the rail pressure is stable under the condition of rail pressure steady state.Combined theory with experiment,it is deeply studied the rail pressure common rail diesel engine CA4DC2 control strategy in this paper,the main work contents are as follows:First,it is introduced the general structure of high pressure common rail fuel injection system and its working principle,and also mainly introduced the structure and working principle of key parts on common rail diesel engine,and the mathematical model of this structure is established accordingly,including high pressure oil pump,oil metering valve,common rail pipe and fuel injector,etc.Second,it is analyzed the conditions when rail pressure control in high pressure common rail fuel injection system achieves the ideal effect,and set the application of the combination of open loop and closed loop control strategy,the closed-loop control using feedforward and feedback closed loop control.And then a detailed scheme of rail pressure control strategies is made,including target rail pressure control strategy,open loop control module,a feedforward and feedback closed-loop control module,open loop switching module and so on.Finally the overall scheme of the rail pressure control strategy is determined.Third,the hardware in the loop(HIL)simulation testing system is briefly introduced,and the HIL hardware design is also analyzed in this section.Secondly,VerStand calibration software configuration and its usage and real-time software model of the common rail diesel engine for experiment are introduced.Finally,the fundamental experiments like start,steady state,acceleration and deceleration,and other working conditions on the HIL,will calibrate related MAP?PID and other parameters,which contribute to accumulating much experience for common rail diesel engine test-bed experiment.Fourth,the high pressure common rail diesel engine test bench is introduced in this paper,including the various parameters of common rail diesel engine,engine test system and etc.Then the method of experimental calibration software CANape is introduced as well.Finally a lot of experiments on engine test bed frame are made to verify the reliability of the common rail pressure control strategy,including starting condition,steady state conditions and urgent deceleration conditions(transient conditions),etc.
