Progressive collapse of structure is that structures formed initial damage caused by local damage under the continuous unconventional load, which causes internal force distribution and other damage, and then forms a chain reaction of events that led to the structural part or all collapsed. In recent years, the earthquake occured frequently over the world, and the results from the building collapse brought serious hidden dangers and threats to people’s life safety. Therefore, the collapsed structure in earthquake arouses the worldwide project researchers’ wide concerns, and becomes increasingly hot.This paper uses a large-scale of finite element analysis software SAP2000as the theoretical calculation basis to model and analysis a multilayer steel reinforced concrete frame structure. Through the alternative load path method, using the way of simulation structure component dismantle the collapse of the building structure model, the comprehensive evaluations of the ability of resistance to continuous collapsed are achieved. Its main research work is as follows:(1) This paper introduces the current research status of structure collapsed in earthquake, and get a clear understanding of the research mechanism of structure collapsed in earthquake, and put forward the deficiency of the current seismic code for design of collapsed, synthesize the related research results at home and abroad of preventing the existing integrated multilayer frame structure occuring continuous collapsed, what’s more,this paper puts forward the research content, the technical route, and feasibility of reasoning methods;(2) Through the comparative analysis of the foreign codes of collapsed design method, this paper extracts for the references. The paper introduces the present commonly used spare load path method, its component position for dismantling, loading load way and the evaluation standard. And the seismic resistance and continuous collapsed of buildings are classified and summarized;(3) Using finite element analysis software SAP2000for current seismic code designed multi-layered steel reinforced concrete frame structure, using four ways,linear static analysis, linear dynamic analysis, the nonlinear static analysis and nonlinear dynamic analysis undertakes demolishing long sides column in the working condition of failure collapsed simulation analysis, giving corresponding research steps, summarize and compare the drew conclusions from the four methods;(4) Using linear static analysis method, through the establishment of the demolition of the underlying structure in the long side pillars, comer column and the operation condition of the inner cylinder, research and removal of the beam and column connected the upper of the internal force redistribution of the component and removal of the column and column connected the upper of the internal force redistribution of the nine species of the working condition the compare and analysis the ability of structure continuous collapsed;(5) According to the domestic and foreign research status of structure collapsed, in combination with the relevant provisions of the domestic seismic design, put forward design measures of resistance to continuous collapsed ability in earthquake mainly from the two aspects of construction and structure.
