The object of this study was to issue steering pump installed, its function is toachieve between the power steering pump drive shaft and pulley assembly pressure. Inthe research process, the main work includes theoretical analysis and experimentalresearch Pressure installed systems in two ways.Systems theory analysis phases: analysis of the variation of the press-fit force,established a relationship curve fitting force with press-fit displacement; in the existinghydraulic control system, its model analysis, the completion of the various componentsof the hydraulic system mathematical model establishment, after a reasonable model oflinearization, the transfer function expression of the system, and then use MATLABsimulation software for system simulation study. The simulation analysis of hydrauliccontrol system design stability index is not very good, need to regulate the stability ofthe system, adjust measures to increase the viscosity of the damper in the hydraulicsystem.
