With the improvement of political and economic level, the role of air freight toeconomy developing become more and more important because of the character of fast,safety and no restriction by the geography condition. And the market shares of airfreight as one of transportation methods is becoming bigger. Therefore, there are moreand more air cargo airlines established recent years and air freight airlines are drawingin more all-cargo aircraft. Their air route needs to be networked and specialized. But thecurrent air route of air freight airlines are point-to-point or other kinds of simple pattern.On the other hand, the international air freight has marched into cargo market of China.All these present both opportunities and challenges to air cargo airlines of China.For finding a way of air cargo route designing method, statistical analysis, multiplelinear regression analysis and cluster analysis with SPSSS program are used in thisarticle. After choosing sample flight segment with SWORT analysis method, this articleuses lots of data to determine the indicator of route designing especially from the pointof airline profit. Then using cluster analysis to get the airport classification and usinghub-airport route network designing to get the model of air cargo domestic routenetwork of China. The new and original thing is that this article uses average load rateas one of the evaluation indicator.The designing of hub-airport route network is consist of two steps: choosing hubairport and route path solving. This paper uses average load factor as evaluation indexto screen hub-airport. This paper design route network with TSP simple model and hassome reference value.
