With the continuous development of China’s industry to grow loader, loader blindexpansion of existing industries, technical plagiarism and other defects. In the steeringsystem is the slow development of a sense of the driver’s blind alley, and not a singleadjustable steering mode, labor-intensive, high noise, and not sensitive to lowprecision and other problems. Proposed loaders steer by wire technology research toaddress these issues. Through the analysis of working conditions loader designedsteering wheel device, the frame around the steering angle detection device, controlsystem, and improved the steering hydraulic system. Combines hydraulic technology,microelectronic control technology, mechanical design technology and sensortechnology, designed to meet the requirements of the loader steering wire steeringsystem.This system is mainly through shaft encoder to capture the steering wheel angle,and passed to the controller, the controller sends a signal to the proportional valve, toproduce the corresponding pressure flow control valve on the flow amplification,achieved with steering angle corresponding flow to steering cylinders to achievesteering, steering is more rapid and can supply fuel functions. Real-time detectiondevice detects the steering steering angle, steering errors timely repair, closed-loopcontrol system. The main control panel is that human-computer interaction, the drivercan be achieved through their corresponding function, convenient and simple tooperate.Loader wire steering system can be based on the operating conditions of thesteering wheel loaders full steering angle adjustment, mainly divided into two types,one mode, full steering angle is180°, the other is walking pattern, full steering angle of900°; provides the driver with an appropriate sense of the road, so traffic betweenthe tire and the ground loaders timely response to the steering wheel, the driver canfeel the information pavement; cab to reduce noise and improve operator comfort; ableto save control, simple structure, easy installation; reduce redundant circuit, savingenergy, reducing pollution; while using intelligent control system, is the futuredirection of development. For improving the economic efficiency of China’s loaderindustry, improve the international competitiveness of great significance.
