The heavy cable wire coil conveying system is initiated and based on theimprovised program of medium-sized cable production workshop of Qingdao HanheCable Co., Ltd. The design and theory research bases are derived from ordinary trolleyconveyor. Though the technology of conveyor is relatively mature, there is still roomfor revolution and innovation. In the future development plan of light and heavyindustry, the conveyor also develops towards the direction of large-size, numericalcontrol, fining, universal popularization and environmental protection.The integral structure of the heavy cable wire coil conveying system which isdetermined according to the design parameters of the trolley conveyor and the overallsite layout of the field is first introduced in this thesis. This conveying system mainlycontains the followings, support device, overhead trackage, wire coil pick-and-placedevice, haulage chain, balladeur train, swivel gear, deriving gear, tensioning gear andsafety device. Among them, the overhead tracks which adopted by i-steel structureturned to be a closed loop. After the comparison of the merits and demerits of originaldesigned devices gripper and the rotary hook, the rotary hook with block type slope isselected as the coil scratch device of the system. According to overhead track and themotion of rotary hook, the design of support system has been completed, supportsystem includes high-middle-and lower-position support pillarAnd then the detail parameters are determined by the design method ofmechanical system, based on which the overhead trackage, the wire coillpick-and-place device, the support device and integral layout design of the system aredetermined.After that, the chain transmission structure and process of the heavy cable wirecoil conveying system is abstracted out into a dynamical model. After correspondingsimplification and hypothesis, the chain transmission system is analyzed by kinetictheory. The overall response of kinetics of the chain transmission system then isgained.In the end, study the important parts of the heavy cable wire coil conveyingsystem with finite element analysis and then find out the dangerous parts of thestructure, followed by improvements of the structure. |
